Description of Works
SERS was engaged by the City of Wanneroo to inspect some 30 sites within the City’s asset register to update and reissue current asbestos registers. Registers were formulated for each premise for ease of use by the City and its tenants with recommendations made on immediate and long term management for all asbestos situations. The inspections and reporting were completed in a strict three week period as was contractually required. All access to the premises was undertaken and arranged with the various tenants by SERS.

Outcome
The City of Wanneroo’s nominated infrastructure was duly inspected in full by competent SERS personnel for the purposes of compliance with current State and Federal legislature. Each premise was reported separately as requested for ease of use and one single document was produced for the City as a master copy. Inspections were completed on time and no variations to work were sought or required.
